Set against the gentle rhythm of the waves, the beachfront destination offers thoughtfully curated menus designed for moments of reflection, connection, and togetherness.
Available throughout Ramadan, DRIFT’s Set Menu is priced at AED 245 per person for groups of 15 guests and above, and includes local water, juices, tea, and coffee. Guests can start their evening with a selection of starters including Local Prawns with Garlic Chili Oil, Wagyu Beef Kefta with Béarnaise Aioli, and Doigt de Fatma Brik Sheets. For mains, the menu features Slow-Cooked Lamb Shank with Bulgur, Mediterranean Sea Bass with Timut Pepper Purée, or the vegetarian Schorba Frik. Guests can finish on a sweet note with Mille-Feuille with Pistachio Cream or Moelleux au Chocolat with vanilla ice cream and hazelnut crumble.
For bookings of up to 14 guests, diners may opt for an individual à la carte menu, offering many of the same signature dishes, alongside a few exclusive additions. Carefully curated by the chef, the menu highlights seasonal ingredients and classic Ramadan flavours, allowing guests the freedom to tailor their evening by the sea.
