Dubai-born restaurant group unveils an array of experiences centred around love and friendship across its five venues this February

Dubai, 2 February 2026 – Celebrate love in all its forms this Valentine’s season with a host of curated dining experiences and themed activations across Sarood Hospitality’s five homegrown venues: Hillhouse Brasserie, Trattoria, The Duck Hook, The Bolt Hole, and The Noodle House. Whether couples, friends or four-legged companions, there is something to enjoy for everyone with love in their heart. 

Hillhouse Brasserie

Couples are invited to get creative this Valentine’s Day by swapping a traditional dinner for a fun and interactive “Paint Your Partner” experience, hosted in collaboration with The Workshop Hub with live entertainment. Guests can enjoy the guided painting session while indulging in a celebratory menu featuring specials curated for the evening, such as the Duo of pâté with poached figs, lamb leg for sharing, or Thai-style seabass. Guests can then share a heart-shaped dessert designed for two: a deconstructed Red Velvet with chocolate sponge, red fruits, white chocolate, and strawberry ice cream for a sweet ending to the night. Diners also have the option of enjoying wine pairings with their dishes for a well-rounded night out.

Trattoria

Inviting everyone to celebrate “amore” and “amicos” this Valentine’s, Italian restaurant Trattoria is running dining experiences on 14 February. Nestled on the banks of the Venice-style waterways of Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Trattoria will present a specially curated four-course set menu. Begin with a choice of starter, such as the foie gras on crispy crostino with caramelised onions, then add either a pasta such as ravioli with burrata and tomato fondue or a main such as grilled carabinero prawn on creamy orzo. Diners can end the meal with a heart-shaped chocolate and raspberry mousse with caviar and specially made Valentine’s cocktails, including Il Baccio Rosso with fizz and raspberry syrup or La Rosa Veneziana with rose botanical, strawberry syrup, lemon juice, and foam. Throughout the evening, diners can enjoy a spectacular saxophone and live singer show, against the backdrop of Burj Al Arab for the ultimate romantic evening.

The Duck Hook

For couples and dog lovers looking to celebrate Valentine’s Day with their four-legged companions, The Duck Hook will host a playful, pet-friendly afternoon filled with creative and interactive activities for both humans and pups. Highlights include Pawcasso Painting, a guided painting session where guests can create artwork with their dogs using pet-safe paints and provided canvases, complete with a fun competition and prizes. Adding to the festivities, The Petshop Booth will offer a curated selection of treats, toys, and accessories, while carnival games such as ring toss and knock-down cans will give guests the chance to win prizes. Dogs can also enjoy a dedicated ball pit, filled with hidden treats for extra tail-wagging fun and a premium dog-friendly menu including duck jerky, chicken and turkey casserole as well as doggy ice cream.

The Bolt Hole

For those seeking a fun and casual alternative to traditional Valentine’s dinners, The Bolt Hole will host a lively “Battle of the Sexes” quiz night on Thursday 12 February, in collaboration with Quiz Bizz. The evening will feature themed quiz rounds designed for a night of fun and friendly competition, paired with a sharing platter for guests, including classics such as jalapeno poppers, onion rings, loaded potato wedges as well as a playful drinks menu that differs for both gents and ladies. Perfect for groups of friends or competitive couples who prefer laughs over long dinners, this event will deliver a light-hearted and interactive way to welcome Valentine’s week.

The Noodle House

The Noodle House invites guests to celebrate friendship and flavours with a Galentine’s-themed Dim Sum Masterclass on 13 February at its Souk Madinat Jumeirah location, offering an interactive culinary experience led by Chef Fetty Aryanie. Guests can enjoy a guided dim sum demonstration, followed by hands-on folding, tastings of both steamed and fried dim sum, and a selection of The Noodle House’s signature dishes, complete with photo moments and takeaway gifts. For those looking for an elevated experience, an unlimited house beverages package is also available for two hours alongside the full masterclass session.
