“دبليو كابيتال” تختتم معرضها الخاص للترويج لمشروع “غربي 2” من تطوير

اختتمت شركة دبليو كابيتال للوساطة العقارية، معرضها العقاري الخاص في إمارة أبوظبي، بالتعاون مع شركة ربدان للتطوير العقاري، وذلك بهدف الترويج لأحدث مشروعاتها السكنية “غربي 2” في قرية جميرا الدائرية.
وكانت فعاليات المعرض قد أقيمت يومي 5 و6 مايو 2025 في فندق “دوست تاني” أبوظبي.
وقال وليد الزرعوني، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة “دبليو كابيتال” للوساطة العقارية: “نفخر بشراكتنا المستمرة مع شركة ربدان العقارية، ومشاركتنا في هذا المعرض العقاري كانت فرصة مميزة لعرض مشروع غربي 2 الذي يجسد مزيجًا بين التصميم العصري، والخدمات المتكاملة، وخطط السداد المناسبة. الإقبال الكبير الذي شهدناه هو دليل واضح على ثقة السوق في المشاريع التي نقدمها”.
وأوضح الزرعوني، أن مشروع “غربي 2” يعد ثالث مشروع تتولى شركة “دبليوكابيتال” تسويقه لصالح شركة “ربدان”، ما يعكس عمق الشراكة بين الشركتين والثقة المتبادلة في تقديم مشاريع عقارية متميزة. وقد حظي المعرض بإقبال كبير من الزوار والمستثمرين، خصوصًا مع ما يتمتع به المشروع من مميزات تنافسية على صعيد التصميم والموقع والخدمات.
وأكد أن “ربدان” تركز على وضع معايير جديدة في قطاع العقارات من خلال تقديم مشاريع تطويرية مبتكرة ومستدامة وجذابة من الناحية الجمالية، مع تركيزها على إعادة تعريف الطريقة التي يختبر بها الناس الحياة الحضرية. من خلال مزيج من التكنولوجيا المتطورة والتصميم البصري.
وقال الزرعوني: “أن دبليو كابيتال تعمل على تسويق جميع الفئات العقارية، بدءًا من المشروعات الموجهة لذوي الدخل المتوسط والمحدود وصولًا إلى المشاريع والمجمعات الفاخرة”.
وأفاد وليد الزرعوني، أن دولة الإمارات تشهد طفرة في تنظيم المعارض العقارية القوية في السنوات الأخيرة، وسط جاذبية عقارات الدولة أمام المستثمرين المحليين والأجانب، مؤكدًا أن الدولة تعيش نقلة حضرية جديدة تتبنى فيها تعزيز البنية التحتية والتوسع العمراني لاستيعاب الطلب المستقبلي على العقار في العقدين القادمين.
ويتكون مشروع “غربي 2” الذي تطوره شركة “ربدان” من شقق متنوعة تشمل استوديوهات، وشقق بغرفة وصالة، وشقق غرفتين وصالة، وشقق ثلاث غرف وصالة، بالإضافة إلى وحدات بنتهاوس.
ويضم المشروع خيارات متعددة من الشقق مع أو بدون مسابح خاصة، بالإضافة إلى أكثر من 15 خدمة ومرفق ترفيهي، بما يرفع من جودة الحياة ويعزز من القيمة الاستثمارية للمشروع.
ويبدأ سعر القدم المربعة من حوالي 1100 درهم، مع خطة سداد مرنة تشمل 70% خلال فترة الإنشاء و30% بعد التسليم على مدى 30 شهرًا، ما يجعله خيارًا جذابًا للمستثمرين والمشترين على حد سواء. كما توفر الشركة ضمانًا لمدة 10 سنوات على المسابح، ما يعكس التزامها بالجودة والمعايير الإنشائية العالية.
