عاش الأطفال الصغار تجربة جديدة في ورشة الطهي التي أقيمت ضمن ركن الطهي المخصص لهم في مهرجان الشارقة القرائي للطفل، حيث تعلّموا صناعة “أكواب التشيز كيك الصغيرة” بأنفسهم بطريقة آمنة ومبسّطة. وأتيحت لهم الفرصة لاكتشاف مهارات جديدة بأيديهم، وتحويل مكونات بسيطة إلى حلوى لذيذة وبأشكال مميزة.
بدأت الورشة بتعريف الأطفال على المكوّنات وهي: أربع قطع من جبنة كيري، ربع كوب من كريمة الخفق، ونصف علبة دريم ويب، ونصف ملعقة صغيرة من خلاصة الفانيلا، و300 غرام من البسكويت المطحون، و50 غراماً من الزبدة غير المملحة، وأربع ملاعق كبيرة من السكر المطحون، بالإضافة إلى مربى أو صوص الفراولة للتزيين. ويتم استخدام أكواب متوسطة الحجم مع غطاء، ومضرب كهربائي، ووعاء للخلط، وملعقة مسطحة (سباتولا).
وشرحت نهى الخوري، مشرفة الورشة طريقة العمل، فقالت: “نبدأ بخلط البسكويت المطحون مع الزبدة المذابة في وعاء، ونضعه جانباً. في وعاء آخر، نُخفق كريمة الخفق بالمضرب الكهربائي على سرعة عالية لمدة 5 إلى 7 دقائق حتى تصبح هشة. بعد ذلك، نضيف السكر المطحون، والفانيلا، ودريم ويب، وقطع الجبنة، ونواصل الخفق حتى تتجانس المكونات. في كل وعاء، نضع ثلاث ملاعق كبيرة من خليط البسكويت ونضغطها بلطف لتشكيل طبقة متماسكة، ثم نضيف خمس ملاعق كبيرة من خليط الجبنة فوقها. ويمكن تكرار الطبقات حسب الرغبة، وأخيراً نضع طبقة خفيفة من مربى الفراولة أو أي صوص آخر للتزيين”.
وأوضحت المشرفة أن الفكرة الأساسية هي تقديم وصفة تجمع بين السهولة والمظهر الجذاب، عبر استخدام أكواب شفافة مغلقة تتيح للأطفال تنفيذ خطوات بسيطة وفي نفس الوقت مشاهدة طبقات التشيز كيك الجميلة من الخارج. وأضافت: “كنا حريصين على أن يشعر الطفل بأنه هو من صنع هذا الطبق بالكامل، ليخرج بتجربة حقيقية تعزز ثقته بنفسه وتشجّعه على حب التعلّم والاكتشاف”.
وتأتي الورشة ضمن سلسلة الأنشطة التفاعلية التي يحتضنها ركن الطهي، كجزء من فعاليات مهرجان الشارقة القرائي للطفل، الذي تنظمه هيئة الشارقة للكتاب تحت شعار “لتغمرك الكتب”، ليمنح الأطفال مساحة للإبداع، ويعزز تجاربهم الحسية والتعليمية في أجواء تجمع بين المرح والمعرفة.
